Who this policy covers

E-Invoicing provides invoicing software for businesses in Pakistan through einvoicing.pk. This policy covers our public website, free tools and sales or support enquiries. It does not describe the privacy practices of FBR or any provincial authority.

Customer use of a hosted invoicing account may also be governed by the service agreement and any applicable data-processing terms. Please use the agreed support channel for confidential customer records.

Information we collect

• Enquiries you send: name, business email, telephone number, company, optional business type, monthly invoice range and the message you enter. We also record when the enquiry was submitted and which website form it came from.
• Website operation: our hosting and service providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamps and errors to deliver and protect the site.
• Usage information: when Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, device/browser categories, approximate geography, campaign referrals and actions such as opening the demo form or submitting a successful enquiry. We do not intentionally send your name, email, telephone number, message or calculator amounts as Analytics event parameters.

Please do not put passwords, PINs, one-time codes, bank details, CNIC images or confidential invoice records in the public enquiry form.

How the free tools handle data

The sales-tax calculator performs its calculations in your browser. It does not send the amounts, selected rates or results to our server. Copy buttons write to your device clipboard only when you use them.

The HS code finder sends your search term and selected search options to our server to return matching tariff entries. Avoid entering personal information; search URLs may appear in browser history and hosting logs. The invoice-verification helper directs you to an authority's official service. We do not receive the information you enter on that external service.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange a demonstration, understand the requested software setup and provide related support. We use technical and aggregate usage information to operate the website, diagnose problems, prevent misuse and improve useful pages and tools.

We do not sell personal enquiry information. We do not use a demo request as permission for unrelated bulk marketing.

Service providers and external services

Enquiries are stored on our server and sent to our support team through our email-delivery provider, Brevo. Google provides Google Analytics. Hosting and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate these services. These providers may process information outside Pakistan.

Using an email, telephone or WhatsApp link opens the relevant service. Following an official tax-service link takes you to a separate website. Their privacy practices apply to activity there. See how Google uses information from partner sites, Brevo's privacy policy and WhatsApp's privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests, or where reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration. Local preview and development hosts do not load the Analytics tag.

You can turn off our Analytics tracking in this browser below. We store your preference in local storage; clearing browser storage removes that preference. This choice does not prevent essential hosting logs or messages you choose to send.

Enquiry-form security checks

Our enquiry and demo forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to reduce automated spam. When you interact with these forms, Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information and interactions, and may set a security cookie such as _GRECAPTCHA.

Our server sends the reCAPTCHA response token to Google for verification before accepting an enquiry. We do not include the enquiry fields in that verification request. This security check is separate from optional Analytics, so the Analytics preference above does not disable it. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry and support records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics retention also depends on the settings of the Analytics property and Google's service. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

We use access restrictions and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email [email protected] to ask about information you provided, correct it, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours. We consider requests under applicable law and may need to retain some records for legal or legitimate operational reasons.

This website is intended for business users, not for children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our services or data handling change. The updated policy and its date will be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
